Status

Sam can most commonly be found in the garden, the kitchen, or the tavern (probably in that order). He'll likely become an official gardener for the Inquisition at some point and spend his time either planting and tending useful herbs in the garden or just flowerbombing the rest of Skyhold when he's not either eating or drinking (or both).

Reputation

He'll tell anyone who will listen that he's a hobbit, and not a dwarf, though people mistaking him for belonging to a race that actually lives in Thedas is still totally fine. He's pretty free with talking about Frodo, the Gaffer, the Shire, hobbits, elves, wizards, and...most other things that come to mind. He's trying to avoid discussing the Ring itself, with moderate success.

Hooks

Sam meeting Elves is always good, though he's still settling in and exploring, and he'll talk to just about anybody. He's used to dwarves having beards and will be making a helpful beeline for any beardless dwarves for a while, hoping that he's found a fellow hobbit. He loves hearing stories or songs, and at some point I'd like him to learn how to read and write in Thedosian.
